Trickle vents have to meet the minimum air flow rates as defined in the British Building Regulations.
Should it be required, the OW-70 Soho Window can be specified with discreetly designed trickle vents which are installed within the fixed sash profile, or the frame extender for additional ventilation, ensuring the doors meet and surpass building regulations.
The trickle vents can be fitted through the long-leg frame or through a 35mm frame extender.
